Earlier this morning I called to find help for a family member who can no longer navigate these things and ended up having one of the most frustrating and hostile experiences with customer service to date. Stephen, if that is his name, is completely incompetent and seemed to be actively working against helping me, and also decided to hang up on me. I've already called and filed a complaint directly with Metro/T Mobile, and I'm hoping to speak with the owner of this franchise store as well. I get that customer service work is hard sometimes, but if you dislike helping people this much, maybe it's not for you. Unbelievable, really.

Manager was absolutely AMAZING!!! He helped me step by step to make sure everything was great before I left and I will come the extra miles to this store instead of Newport! Thank you again ?

Came into Metro to fix my boyfriends phone, he was able to make phone calls but not receive them. Garner and Eli were absolute troupers! Garner was on the phone for at least an hour trying to help us out, they both figured out that the phone was port blocked. Garner and Eli were very helpful, the people on the other line, not so much. We did have to end up getting a new phone number for my boyfriend, but I have to give a shout out to these two guys that work there, they were the best!

I auto pay so I'm never in the store though. But since cracking my screen I will be in soon to get a new phone ?and see if anything positive has changed. I previously gave a negative review and was told that a manager would reach out. Nobody ever did. I will comment with what happens

Just left the McMinnville location and Steve was a complete j****** His arrogance was ridiculous. As soon as we walked in we were hit with a negative attitude. I was told by an actual professional to go in and request a new SIM card after months of issues. We were fortunate that another associate was available. We reiterated the need for a new SIM card and Steve acted like we put him out because he had to get one. I feel sorry for the associate, who's name wasn't on his tag, having not only to work with Steve.. but deal with the repercussions of his utter rudeness with customers. Steve should find another line of work.

I have been into this store on a handful of occasions at different times thru the day and 5 out of 6 times there’s a note on the door reading”Be back shortly” and waiting a min 25 min before an employee shows back up.The last 3 employees working have all been very rude and not at all welcoming or even friendly. I absolutely would NOT recommend going to this location if possible.

I drove out here last minute trying to get something for my niece. The Rep that i got unfortunately i cant recall his name went above and beyond to see to it i got exactly what i needed for my niece!!! Thank you for helping me get a last minute gift. I will def be returning to this location in the future!

Terrible customer service. Date of so called service 12/16/2022 16:46. Total waste of time. I went in and was basically told I have to do everything myself over the phone and/or online. Why are they even there if they can't help? I work in customer service and my goal is to always take care of the customer. She seemed more interested in her own phone then actually helping me. Changing carriers because of her terrible service. I had 4 lines with them. Bye MetroPCS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The gentleman at the store was annoyed the min we walked in. Asked a couple questions. It was obvious he did not want to assist my boyfriend and I told us he was being interrupted. We were kind and patient, wanted to switch 4 lines and purchase phones. Refused to give us the managers information. Never will I go to this store again.

Just left the McMinnville building. Very disappointed. I'm with boost currently and came in to switch and port 4 numbers over but the guy at the desk seemed annoyed that I was even there. I asked how do I aquire my account number and pin he told me I don't know figure it out. I would not recommend this place to anyone
