From MVP Performance Training

MVP Performance Training is based on functional training-style programming for both adults and student-athletes with goals of losing body fat, building skeletal muscle mass, and making improvements in power, explosiveness, balance, mobility, and stability. We are not a drop-in gym. Rather, workout routines are already programmed and displayed for members to walk in and get straight to work. Each of the workouts include the major compound movements including vertical push/pull, horizontal push/pull, knee and hip dominant exercises. Examples of exercises include various forms of dealifts, squats, bench press, shoulder press, chin/pull ups and various core exercises.
