“Love love love! MVP is an incredible place - Sean sets a tone that is welcoming, inspiring and encouraging. He gives individual attention to everyone at the gym and has an art to pushing and moving you forward. The culture and community feel at MVP is unmatched.
The space itself is clean and well equipped with everything needed to move through sets, the playlists & music genres change daily and always at a perfect volume - high enough to get you moving, but also comfortable to talk & hear one another. Hands down would recommend MVP at any level of training, you’d be in great hands!”

Great, little gym! Clean, detailed/well thought out programming, super-friendly members. Cyra was quick to get back to us and made it easy to drop-in. Thank you so much for a good workout and fun experience 😊💪🏼”
“Older and tired but acceptable sports complex.Lower main gym was good ... great diffused natural light on a rainy day, okay seating and facilities, stair and elevator access to the lower gym floor. Toilets were deep inside team locker rooms so a long walk for older spectators. The annex gym was pretty ghetto ... think a dept of corrections gym, no seating, no windows, only half the lights worked, the LOW ceiling had 10 percent of the layin ceiling tiles missing with another 5 percent dangling precariously ready to fall onto the volleyball players below. Very limited parking .. no ADA parking close by.”

“Just an amazing amazing gym. And the owner Dennis is just a prince of a person. He really cares about his members and puts his heart and soul in creating a great experience for his members. All the equipment is maintained very well. And they have plenty of weight machines free weight, and great state of the art cardio equipment. And the lady’s who work the front are so very helpful and nice. This is by far staying my home gym.”
“Nice gym. Cleaner than most that I’ve been do. Good selection of equipment. I especially like the Hydro massage chairs.

This place is obsessed with cleanliness.
Also, the management is obsessed with customer service.
I’ve been to lots of gyms in lots of cities over more than 30 years and this one’s the best I’ve ever been to.
They recently got a whole new set of machines that are state-of-the-art.
Plus, the Hydro chairs, Cryo chairs, massage chairs, redlight therapy machines, tanning booths, etc.”

“Lots of group classes, lots of weight and cardio machines-all seem to be in good shape. And there is an additional workout area. Plenty of space to do your thing.
Everyone that works here is very nice and knowledgeable. Could not ask for better class leaders.
It is a clean & safe space to workout. Locker room, rest room and steam room all are in good working order.”
