Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. No merchant line. As I am writing this, there are 27 people standing in front of me. In addition, confidential account information was provided to a customer, on an account to which this customer had no ownership of. So they do not take their privacy policy seriously either. Changing banks ASAP!

This OnPoint is a joke. The ATM’s NEVER work. NEVER have money. Inside the line is always almost out the door and there’s always people just standing at the counter not helping anyone. Drive to the new one in Newberg that’s opening or go to Sherwood. Not worth it.

Friendly staff and quick moving lines. Gets busy but the lives move fast and the AC is strong. One suggestion I might have is to add a shade barrier for the ATMs, and maybe a waiting line area. Thank you!

I had my debit information stolen which resulted in 90 dolllar over draft and my bank account drained. I went in immediately and the entire process took 2 hours. On top of that, the lady helping me, Valerie made me feel like I did something wrong. I felt she didn't answer my questions and treated me like I'm stupid. When I asked about the provisional refund she first acted like I wanted a loan, but when my husband told her "provisional refund" she basically glared at him and told me the application process would take too long. The person at the front desk was nice and helpful but the "account specialist" seemed irriated and annoyed she had to work. I'm already super upset about the entire situation and she just made me feel worse.

Mckenzie, Hannah and Taylor were all phenomenal! I called with what felt like a million questions and they all answered them with perfect clarity, and respect. They helped me figure out some online banking issues and some stuff with my loan payment. These girls went above and beyond :)

Am always treated as if our accounts were stuffed with loot, even if they only have $15 in them.Have never paid a fee, never paid for a check, and have on several occasions received notary and other special services without any cost.While eliminating the extra $$$ that I foolishly paid to Bank of America for 2 decades is A OK. My favorite part of being an On Point member is that in last 10 years I've never had anything close to a negative experience with them. They have without doubt been a bright spot to do business with.Our entire family and most of our friends have switched over. Thanks OP. Please keep what has made you so great as you keep growing.

I use to think switching from a traditional bank to onpoint would be a good thing. After this last experience where my son was scammed out of money and you refused to Reimburse him, what a horrible experience for him. This leaves a very sour taste with me. This is the second horrible experience with in a short time. I think it's time to reconsider my financial needs with another bank or credit union. Guess OnPoint is like one of the large banks now.

Friendly Employees, quick service, phone support with a live humans to talk to. No fee's, my account gains interest. Online service are basic, nothing extra and extremely secure. Happy I switched.

I am soooo frustrated. I have been a member since Onpoint was Portland Teacher's Credit Union in the 90's, when this establishment was amazing. Service has gone downhill in the last few years! Latest example: today I was on hold waiting to speak to a service member for an HOUR!!! A person FINALLY picked up. I was mid-sentence (not mad or anything), sitting still, excellent cell service... and the call dropped-I assume on their end. Either way SHE should have called me back!!!!! Onpoint-- please make that a policy!!! On hold AGAAAAAAAAAIN-10 minutes and counting- I never do reviews, but sitting here getting more and more restaurant is giving me plenty of time to get on here and do this. Ready to move my account due do multiple issues over time-this is getting to my tipping point...Update: After another half an hour on hold, I was helped by Montana, who was very patient, helped me with my issues, promised he would call me back if contact was lost again (which did not happen), and explained that the chaos of the phone today is due to the relief checks and everybody seeing if they got them or not (which had nothing to do with why I was calling). I am changing the rating from a 1 to a 3 simply because of Montana. Onpoint, I hope you appreciate good workers/communicators, willing to admit when they don't know something/get help when needed... For now, my money stays with you because of people like him. However, Onpoint, when wait times are so long, you need to have music playing instead of the same announcement over and over and OVER again. That alone can cause a person to get annoyed quickly! In the very least, update the announcement to explain why there's a heavy load, so we know not to sit on the phone expecting to have our call answered.

Atm malfunctioned ate $520... 5 weeks later OnPoint backcharged me saying I only deposited $320 bold face lie !!! No calls no anything just took the money ! It's not even the amount it's the principle ! I will be requesting the video from atm and outside of building !!

ATM is not taking deposits still. Been this way for months. Pretty annoying especially considering they don't open until 9 am

I really appreciate Kerensa on the team! She helped me with adding my new credit card to my online banking and was so patient with me. It’s also super helpful that she speaks Spanish!
