We recently switched our service from T-Mobile to AT&T and are in the process of switching our internet from Spectrum. First, we’re saving a total of $118 a month and that’s with upgrading 2 phones (including trade-in). The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ran into a problem porting over one of the phones, but when we took the phone back in, they knew exactly what had happened and were able to get the phone up and running in just a few minutes. Kudos to Orazio, Caleb, and Daniel for their great customer service (and tag teaming seamlessly).

These queer little queens were rude and tried to charge for sim cards, totaly unprofessional behavior and very unfriendly so we walked out and went to another ATT store where we were treated with a professional courteous staff . We were just looking to turn on a simple device and ended up buying two new S25's . Spent $1200+ just because they were awesome .
Don't go here, there's two other ATT stores in the area, go there instead.

James, the store manager, is who you need to talk to. If he can't solve your problem, he'll get you to the place that can. He also saved me a few dollars monthly when reviewing the billing. Now I'll be a permanent AT&T customer. #allthefix'ns

I came in with a huge problem on my phone. And James was working and he helped me out more than anybody could help. I was at my wits end with my phone but he made it all right, and I appreciate that thanks to James.

Amazing I went into the biddle location in person. Got terrible service decided to come home and make one phone. BAM! Everything was done over the phone with great customer service. Remember you’re trying to sell service just not phones. Corporate stores are unable to check stock with other stores against company policy WHAT.

We were upgraded incorrectly by a store associate, and even though they have acknowledged it they are not willing to fix it. We were told because we did not resolve it right away, now they are not going to correct their mistake. Immoral! If you incorrectly upgraded someone, fix your mistake. It's fine service until it's not, and then AT&T will leave you out to dry.
