Raden and Bennett were very helpful and patient. We were having problems porting our numbers from another carrier to AT&T. There were some strange occurrences and they sat with us for a couple hours to figure it out. And even though they were busy with us, they still managed to help many other customers as well.

Caleb, was immediately ready to help, made my switch to AT&T easy, fast and simple. I had put off switching my phone carrier because of the previous experiences I have had at other companies, but Caleb made the switch with no issues, it took less than 30 minutes.
