“Due to equipment failures, my Rear window does not get clean - ever. I wanted to say this first to get the attention of Owner/Managers. Please read on. I’ve been a member since early beginning! So convenient! I have been disappointed that the pressure wash done by the attendant at entrance has not worked several times I have gotten a wash. At the Matt Loop Rd Location AND the Ross Ln location. Since my car has a permanent feature air foil; on the back, the various machines do not get the top of the window. I always ask the attendant to spray it well because of this. SOOO when the sprayer doesn’t work, my car doesn’t get clean! I have to use the provided cloths to clean and wipe it. ALSO, The provided spray cleaner leaves streaks on all the windows inside and out. I have stopped using the cloths and spray - I bring my own. Car wash and vacuums themselves are great but it’s the not so little things….”
