“Nothing but good things to say! I reached out for a quote online and received a fast response, followed by a fair quote, and got on their schedule the same day. Wait time to get in was reasonable, (about 2 weeks) especially around the Christmas holiday.
Work was completed on time, and went exactly as planned, except that the alignment couldn’t be done afterwards because my 37’s were a little too big to fit on the alignment rack (Most any normal rigs would fit!).
They came in on Christmas Eve morning when they were closed to finish it up for me, without asking, and with a friendly smile on their face. I’ll be a future returning customer, and I would recommend you become one too.”

“We were driving our RV with Sprinter chassis down I-5 yesterday when our turbo resonator popped, hissed and went out. We drove to Mercedes Benz of Medford in limp mode and they got us in right away. The part we needed wasn’t going to be available for 3 days, which wouldn’t work for us. We are due in LA tomorrow to celebrate my mother’s 95th birthday! Dan and his team did some creative problem solving to help us out. Mechanic, Keegan, put in a new gasket seal and found a way to bolt our existing turbo resonator together so that we could get back on the road. We will replace it when we return to Dallas next week.
While no one wants to have these kinds of problems on the road in the middle of a driving trip, we are happy it happened to us near Medford and so thankful for the excellent service and care we received from all of the people at Mercedes Benz of Medford…and we are so happy we will be able to celebrate with Mom tomorrow!”

I brought in my Honda thinking that I was going to be paying a lot for repairs or maybe even having to get a new car, based on opinions I got from other mechanics in town saying it was likely either the transmission or the axle needing work or replacement! Not long after dropping my car off at Action Auto Repair, I got a call back saying that it was instead a pretty basic fix and that they had already been able to finish the repair in fact and with no extra cost at that. Very pleased with everything and will definitely be a repeat customer!”
