“I tried to go 4 wheeling in my little car amd ending up destroying 2 tires. In the process of taking one tire off I stripped a lug nut. After a couple minutes of self exploring I called the store and asked if there was anything I could do to get this tire off, they ended up letting me borrow a bit to help get the last lug nut off! I am so grateful and thankful for everything they're do there. I believe the gentleman that helped me was Trevor. Thank you sir and everyone else involved!”
“I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire. My tire pressure light came on while I was driving, and Carlos quickly found a screw in my tire. He filled it with air so I could make my lunch appointment and scheduled me to come back afterward for the repair.
When I returned, I was checked in right away and they got started immediately. Before they took my car, I mentioned that I had leftover lunch inside that would spoil during the repair, and they were kind enough to put it in the refrigerator for me. The repair was completed quickly, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond with their customer service. I truly appreciated the great experience and highly recommend Discount Tire!”

“I am truly impressed. We were on a road trip and needed to get our tires rotated since I forgot to do so before we left. We saw this location on our stay in Medford and decided to swing by and see if they could fit us in quickly. Before we could exit the vehicle we were greeted in the parking space and was asked what we needed. Ive never seen this before let alone at a tire center. As we waited in the waiting area thats probably cleaner then most hospitals, I had the pleasured of watching the employees hustle. Every car that came in was greeted, with a smile. Every employee, literally, ran everywhere they were going. I hope the owner keeps their bellies full since they are probably burning 3k calories just running around, working. The young ladie at the front desk was super nice as well. This is probably the 2nd review I've ever written, I was so blown away about everything going on here. I wish we were local and could get our tires here but this is the least I could do. Buy your tires here, this location is legit!”
“Ray is a magician with vehicle repair. I brought my 1995 Ford Econoline to him with a broken door handle. He jumped right in and had it fixed within the hour where the 5 previous places I took it to wouldn’t even look at it when they heard it was a DIY van build. I’ve since brought it back multiple times for other repairs and Ray is always prompt and fair, he explains things as he finds them and doesn’t overcharge. As a woman bringing my vehicle to an auto shop I stress a lot about being taken advantage of so to find an honest mechanic that teaches me about my van is invaluable to me. Thank you Ray! You’re a legend!”
“Ryan went above and beyond when I lost my left dual tires and rims on my car trailer he found new tires and rims mounted them and came and installed them so we could move the trailer off the highway”

“I have been to two different locations twice in the past two weeks! I got tires at the Ashland location & a new battery today at this location & let me just say, the customer service here compared to Ashland is amazing. Ashlands crew is very rude & dry … this crew not only had good energy & we’re on top of things but amazing to talk to! David came & jumped my car this morning & he was the sweetest guy & the gentleman on the crunches at this location was killing it! I feel bad I didn’t get his name but I honestly from now out would prefer driving to this location for future work. Ashland is a bit unpleasant. I’m very satisfied with my service today & I wanted to make sure yall knew it!”
