“We came in today with an appointment to have our tires rotated. Daniel greeted us and got us started. He was very polite and professional. While being serviced, for our rotation, they discovered a stripped lug nut. They did not have our exact lug nut in stock. To sell us so they mentioned O’Reilly auto parts across the street. Jeremy offered to go over and get the necessary lug nut so we would be safe and back on the road. That’s Customer Service beyond the normal. We applaud Jeremy, Daniel and the staff at Discount Tire in Medford, Creator Lake Hwy, Oregon. They go beyond expectations.”
“We purchased our all season tires from them and our blizz tech winter season tires from them. Overall we're very happy with service and product. We have purchased several sets of tires from discount tire. Overall we are fairly happy with the service. Always seems to be one nagging thing that we have to go back for though. Recently we purchased a used truck and we took it to discount tire for tires. The tire sensor was acting up and we asked them to take care of it. They did not. This same exact thing happened in the past with another vehicle. And we ended up having to take it back and they were happy to remedy it. I was not so happy that I had to go back.”
“Even though it is always a wait when you go, it is worth the wait. You just need to plan for it. They are efficient and work as a cohesive team in the tire bays. My farm sure appreciates all the tires we have purchased through the years on the trucks and trailers in our dry lot.”

“These Guys were great. I called rite b4 they were closing and asked if he had 2 used tires 4 my truck N he said yah but he wud wait only 10 min because they were technically closed. I went straight over with my belts literally coming thru which made the one have a bubble so it felt like it wud wobble rite off. The pair he had 1 of them wasn't good so he found a comprable size and gave me those for 40$ less and told me I am your help. ?. Indeed he was. Thank you Guys. N then he waited 4 me 2 go to the ATM.
