Second pair in 6 months I e purchased from here. He is pleasant, helpful amd knowledgeable about the Birkenstocks. Without any problems he punches two more holes in my buckle. The prices were the same as Birkenstock website but he has the size in stock. Definitely be going back for my next Birkenstock purchase. Thank you
