“Julian was awesome. He took the time to size my feet and helped me find the best shoes for my fitness goals. I had no idea one of my feet was about half an inch shorter than the other until he measured them. He brought out several different brands for me to try, and I ended up going with a pair of Brooks. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured. Super knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Huge shoutout to Julian. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future shoe needs and highly recommend asking for him if you stop by.”

“I love their pants as Well it's the rest of their clothing but specifically love that you can exchange your pants within a year for a different size because of weight fluctuation or whatever. As a woman with lupus and extreme weight fluctuations, it's an amazing blessing.”

“I wanted to write a review for this store after reading the previous reviews and almost not going to the store because of them.
I went to Birkenstock Footwear to buy my first pair of Birkenstocks (Arizona) today. I had done a lot of research online and had a good idea on what I was looking for.
The guy at Birkenstock Footwear got several pairs out for me to try on. I bought a pair and went home. I got them home and wore them around my living room for a bit and realized I needed a larger size. I took them back t the store and the gentleman was very friendly and helped me get the correct size, and added a hole to the new pair for more customization.
The entire transaction at the store and with the gentleman who was there was good. He wasn't pushy. He was friendly.
All in all, I recommend the store. They have a huge selection.”
