“I wanted to write a review for this store after reading the previous reviews and almost not going to the store because of them. I went to Birkenstock Footwear to buy my first pair of Birkenstocks (Arizona) today. I had done a lot of research online and had a good idea on what I was looking for. The guy at Birkenstock Footwear got several pairs out for me to try on. I bought a pair and went home. I got them home and wore them around my living room for a bit and realized I needed a larger size. I took them back t the store and the gentleman was very friendly and helped me get the correct size, and added a hole to the new pair for more customization. The entire transaction at the store and with the gentleman who was there was good. He wasn't pushy. He was friendly. All in all, I recommend the store. They have a huge selection.”
