“They had some stuff that wasn't like costume quality as well wich was cool! Like actual merch that the company that made whatever character would sell like shrek beanies and harry Potter stuff the usual stuff but it was nice that it wasn't just costumes and they had funny shirts too”
“Love their clothes but some of the areas inside the store were unorganized and a mess. Luckily, there was a price scanner on the wall for prices because nothing had accurate prices on the clearance rack. Overall, decent place to shop though. Helpful store employees.”
“I came in today after a very weird lady. I overheard that she said to her husband, she was going to make a review so I decided to make one of my own. She had some sort of card on her phone and the cashier who she was being very rude to Said she would call her Manager because she wasn’t sure about scanning it. The manager explained calmly and politely to that lady that she was unable to take Rue21 gift cards from before they closed She even offered alternatives to make things right. This lady was not happy and as a grown woman decided to throw a fit and walk out upon checking out the Cashier remained calm, despite having to deal with this Karen. The manager reassured her and went back to work. I was very disappointed to see that she left a review because she didn’t get her way. So I decided to leave one of my own. I wish we can review people as they are because she would get a negative reading. I’m so sorry to the Rue21 staff that you had to experience that.”
“Mia was amazing!! She helped my daughter and I find some pants since she needed some for school. Mia showed us around the store, helped pick out sizes and bring other sizes to the dressing room. Great customer service.
Then her boss came and forced her to take her break in the middle of helping us. The manager was rude and pushy and unprofessional. She ruined the end of our shopping experience.”

“They don't advertise like other big stores. The result, low prices for great items. As a toy collector, this place can be a gold mine. So many other quality things such as clothes, rugs, holiday decorations, shelves, art supplies, chairs, and kitchenware. Friendly and helpful staff. Casual atmosphere. I still dig other big stores like Target and Walmart, but Ross is now my "go to" store. They get new stuff out daily. Glad I don't live next door! I'd be there all the time!”
