“My husband and I went to JCPenney to find dress pants and shoes for my husband. This is never an easy trip because my husband wears odd sizes (38x34 & 13 shoe) that is difficult to find. While looking through the store, we came across Frank. Frank was wonderful and while we were not able to find his size in black dress pants due to the recent prom season, we were able to find shoes. Frank really made an impression on my husband with his assistance and was very informative. We did find their Big & Tall section which we will be back for!”
“So fun! I got to visit a couple of these when I was in Japan and so I was really excited to see one here in Medford! I wish there was one in Eugene!! This store is super fun to browse, lots of adorable little useful items. I especially love the stationary/stickers/pens section. Lots of great organizing bins and trays, cosmetics, snacks, all from Japan. Definitely recommend checking it out if get the chance!”

“They don't advertise like other big stores. The result, low prices for great items. As a toy collector, this place can be a gold mine. So many other quality things such as clothes, rugs, holiday decorations, shelves, art supplies, chairs, and kitchenware. Friendly and helpful staff. Casual atmosphere. I still dig other big stores like Target and Walmart, but Ross is now my "go to" store. They get new stuff out daily. Glad I don't live next door! I'd be there all the time!”
“Went in looking for jeans. Found the only jeans that were not tight or felt not correct here. Went through the mall and a few other stores looking for jeans. The only down side was that everyone was there in the fitting rooms. I picked a very busy day to go. Other than that, it was great to finally find jeans that fit well.”

“Target in Medford is conveniently located between Interstate 5 and the Rogue Valley Mall. They have good deals on Health and Household Essentials, often including store credit through a gift card if you spend a certain amount, which is nice if you're planning to buy it anyway or stocking up. If I'm not sure where a product would be in the store, I can look up the location through the app. I also earn $ when I scan my free Target Circle membership QR code at checkout!I don't really interact with employees here since they are big on self check-out, but when I have to return an item I didn't end up needing, staff at customer service is always pretty friendly and easy-going.”
“Bi-mart is a good company. I have had to transfer my prescriptions to this location because of availability of my medication. The pharmacy staff here is really kind and helpful. I appreciate how well they take care of me. The customer service is excellent.”

It is vast well - organized, and has really great staff. The lovely lady ( manager?) in Cosmetics - with the pretty red jeweled mask - is terrific. She is smart and very helpful. Hers is THE best Walmart Cosmetic Dept I have shopped in - early and often. Shelves stocked and tidy and easy to access - and purchase! In Ladies "Lingerie" there is a very attractive redhead who went to great lengths to assist me in finding specific items. She was so helpful and patient and really knew her merchandise. A pleasure shopping with her . We never visit Medford without stopping at this clean, organized, impressive store. Wanted to tell the Manager...and you.”
“Went shopping with a friend yesterday at the Macy's in the mall we went into the women's department and the nicest store clerk named Terri, helped us find all the clothes my friend was looking for! I've been to the store many times and don't see many store clerks there, but this girl was amazing and took the time to show us around that floor. Looking forward to our next trip there!”

They literally cover everything from furniture to jewelry to groceries. I think the nearest comparison I can think of is a Costco, but without the need to buy a dozen of something. If you need something, I am sure they will have a version of it.”

However, I will say that every employee I have encountered has been kind, witty, and funny. Definitely my favorite Walmart around.”
