I stopped in because I've seen this shop for years, just never needed this type of service. Bibi was super friendly. He explained what needed to be done, and potential costs with it. We order parts that came within the time frame and phone was repaired. It works great with no issues (so far). Will definitely return if services needed again. Recommend coming here over other big name repair places.”

“A few years ago I replaced a Falcon Mach 5 with a Falcon Talon. Not that I needed to, but I just wanted the fastest and most modern computer I could get. I was torn for a year or two between missing the old Falcon and enjoying the new one. At least this time I'm not replacing a Falcon but adding one, so I won't have to go through that agony again. The laptop arrived a few weeks ago. I've copied all of the data files I have on the desktop – that took a while since I've been working on Falcon computers for nearly 20 years – and I'm ready to try the TLX on the road. I'm looking forward to it.

Falcon computers are excellent. I don't know which is superior – the workmanship or the support. I haven't needed much support at all over the 20 years, but I have nonetheless relied on the falcon staff for advice and they have always been helpful, generous with their time, knowledgeable about the world of computers, and patient in talking me through anything I wish to do. They have steered me away from add-ons that would have simply complicated my system and toward additions, such as an extra monitor or two, that have been most helpful. I find myself resisting the urge to call them to ask about something I ought to be able to solve on my own simply for the pleasure of chatting with them.

I doubt that I will ever in the future own a computer that isn't made by FalconNW, and in the past, before I discovered them, I used computers of six or seven different brands, all of which had reputations for excellence. None of them matched the Falcons I have owned.

I still have that Mach 5. It's languishing in a closet, and all I do is dust it off occasionally, but I can't bring myself to part with it.”

They went out of their way helping me with immense patience and helping me figure out what I needed and explaining to me and showing me. Such kindness, professionalism, understanding, comprehending cost concerns and outstanding customer service. Brayden explained thoroughly and well and he even carried the printer out to car and helped get it in to the overfull little car.
