“I have 3 Talons. Someone mentioned Falcon Northwest while I was playing World of Warcraft(Vanilla).I wasn,t Tech Savy .Customer support was just as important as quality. They have always been there for me.So has the quality.I only had one hardware incident out of 3 Talons.The component part was faulty.No fault of Falcon.They honored my warranty. My Talon was shipped from Florida to Medford and back in just a matter of a couple of weeks at no charge at all.Thank you all at Northwest for your years of patience with me.Thank you for EXCELLENT support,and thank you for making my gaming experience oustanding. I stopped in because I've seen this shop for years, just never needed this type of service. Bibi was super friendly. He explained what needed to be done, and potential costs with it. We order parts that came within the time frame and phone was repaired. It works great with no issues (so far). Will definitely return if services needed again. Recommend coming here over other big name repair places.”
