“As I feel everyone's is at this point, I've been really disappointed and irritated with the new online/mobile banking app. A system that was supposed to make banking easier has definitely made it harder for business owners.Today I walked in to the North Phoenix branch needing assistance with online banking for multiple accounts, and an incorrect deposit made from the teller ATM. The manager Ty Reynolds went above and beyond helping solve all my issues in a professional and timely manor. Thanks to him I will continue banking with Rouge.”

She made sure that my card was activated and ready for me to use again after giving me a new card. Usually the lines in this bank are long, today was no exception, but the clerks were working hard to help people. I was in the bank less than fifteen minutes and she told me get some ice cream on your way out, because it is a hot day and it will help cool you off. She did a great job and was very polite and gave great customer service.”
