I dropped of a car I picked up from another location. The gentleman waiting outside by the parking lot was super nice, fast, and helpful. Couldn't believe it that I was in and out under 3 mins. Efficient.

They went above and beyond to make sure we got to Portland for surgery- due to a last minute issue with the car we were in need of a rental- 11pm on a Sunday when out of cars they were able to make it happen so we were on our way- made it to Portland by 5:30 am Monday right on time for surgery- thanks so much!

The staff at this counter are so nice & friendly! The Asst Mgr, Vernon, was very kind and such a big help when I had an issue picking up my rental car (my fault, not theirs) He went out of his way to try and help me and finished up our transaction quickly when he knew we were in a hurry. Highly recommend!
