Sherm's Food 4 Less in Medford is a great local grocery store with affordable options and no frills. It is the biggest one in the Rogue Valley, open 24 hours, and is always a good experience. The store is large, clean, kept up, and easy to find things with a large selection. It offers the largest selection of the highest quality of food and non-food products, including all the essential foods, household items, pet items, and a large selection of wines. It has good quality produce, bakery, and meat, including lots of organic options and family packs. The prices are almost always the cheapest, with lots of deals, and you will save money. The staff is helpful, friendly, nice, and courteous. The parking lot is huge but can be a little chaotic.
Their produce isn't always the best, but I love their natural food section. I also love that they sell beef heart.

The staff is very helpful and they keep up with flow if people that come threw the only thing bad is they need security to walk around to keep people from asking for change or items in your cart.
