“The staff is very helpful and they keep up with flow if people that come threw the only thing bad is they need security to walk around to keep people from asking for change or items in your cart.”

“Local business in the Southern Oregon. Employees have benefits and a stake in the business and I support that. The prices are much less expensive than any other store in the valley with Food 4 Less being it's only competition in my eyes. But I shop at both stores quite equally for things that only each of them stock. So overall I love this store and will continue to shop there. My only request is the have carts for people with mobility issues at the door. Also, please prevent loitering and people bothering customers at their cars. It is very uncomfortable to go there at any time of day and night and have people asking me for money and food. Can management please give these people some food?
But in the store, they have great produce, lots of selections, and their managers are more than willing to order special items you request too. Their staff has always been very friendly to me.

“I visited Natural Grocers for the first time and was very impressed with the variety and prices, especially for dairy and gluten-free items. I even found a product there that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else! What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. Jodie, the cashier, was so friendly and helpful. She truly seems to love her job and value the customers. I’ll definitely be back!”

“This small local market has been serving our community since 1953. Open 365 days a year, rain, snow or shine. They have an excellent selection of beer, wine, snacks and hot food. Their wine and candy section are better than most grocery stores. They also have lottery, propane, firewood, and just about anything else you can think of. The owner and employees are chill and always make it an interesting experience.”

“An older, smaller community grocery store. It is clean and nice inside. They have a lot of food in there. The shelfs are packed with items. It is about half the size of its big brother, Sherm's Food for Less. It has less varieties but has a little bit of everything. I was in there for diary products and thought they had a good supply and variety of them. The even had one brand I had not seen elsewhere”

“Everything in the store is being great and good deals . Only one thing Im really disappointed. The box with cow head is just trash fat nothing good at all .I don’t know why they called it cow head all it is juts fat . This is all I got and had to throw away.”

“This review is for the taco bar outside in the back. Lo juro que es lo mejor de medford! I have been in Oregon for a month now, and I have tried between ten and fifteen different restaurants, and this place, although informal, was fun, good music, awesome salsa bar with free delicious beans and fixins, and hands down the most delicious tacos I have eaten probably in the entire country. Even better than some parts of mexico. If you don't try this place, you are missing out on the bombest spot. Learn some spanish before you go and you will be rewarded. Aguas frescas are off the chain too. Bless you GALLO! ?”

“For a small town market.. this is perfect! They have everything from produce, to a meat department, and everything in between. Including liquor!!They even had stuff in their store, they we don't have in our local grocery store. Nice surprise!Staff were friendly, aisles were stocked well. His professionalism when explaining to me and knowledge of each medication i was prescribed was great. Definitely re-assured me in my concerns i had. Great guy thank you John!”

“Gracious gentlemen seem to own the store and they were polite and were generous with my granddaughter and myself. We entered the store with a small disposable cup from our earlier visit to Wendy's and were told we could refill our cup for a commensurate cost for the small cup. Great local store.”
“I have always liked this store. Average prices and usually amazing people. At least all the times i been there! Really caring and kind lady last time. She let me buy a couple homeless people coffee. Some places have told me i can't. As i was buying a cup and letting them choose what kind they wanted. It is across from the mens homeless shelter. But most of the guys are friendly or keep to themselves. The real bad guys wouldn't be there as they don't want to follow rules or get along with others. People trying to better themselves there. Anyways, great store. Found some amazing candy in there super cheap and i was stoked.”

“I never leave reviews. But the sweetest pharmacy tech helped me yesterday. I don’t remember her name but she was tall with curly hair brown hair. I just got out of surgery and had to pick up my meds. She let me sit in a chair while waiting for them to be filled. She saw me in the back of the line writhing in pain, got on the second register, and called me up from the front to give me my medication. I’m sure it was something she does to be kind to people on a daily basis but she has no idea how much it helped me in that moment.”

“My wife and I are shopping at Trader Joe's almost on a weekly basis. We enjoy many of their ready made meals. The cheese selection is out standing, as is some of their prepreped meats.
We have many items that we purchase on a regular basis.
Their wine selection is an outstanding value with many wines from our region.
You can't beat their cut flower choices as well. My wife is always happy when I bring some home for her.”
