“The hotel was pleasantly clean during the first arrival. Even with the airport nearby, the traffic and noise was minimal if the windows are kept shut. Do note that breakfast is in collaboration with a nearby cafe that can be delivered to your room. Shout out to Eddie, he was very polite!”

“Room was ok. I was going to give this hotel 3 stars. But its a 5 star only because of Sammy he quickly resolved issues, he went over and beyond to make my moms stay comfortable after her eye surgery. This hotel is very close to the surgery Eye Center. He was sweet enough to get her a cup of coffee after hours. Made sure she had a mini fridge for her medication, and had a extra blanket for her in the room before we got there. A+ Sammy. Need more people who care like you. As for as the hotel. The doors lock,toilets flush.Its cheep ?(*name maybe Benny*)”
“Update-they have outstanding consistent quality customer care. We missed a connecting flight and spent the night on the airport floor. Would have rather stayed at the hotel. But they took care of us. Thank you. Will always stay here for our Medford flights!
They took care of my mom when her plane came in at midnight and picked her up and they also let her stay late until someone could come pick her up the next day. Very appreciative!”
“You can tell management takes pride in making sure there hotel is run correctly, very clean, whole hotel was immaculate, comfortable beds , I felt safe. And great continental breakfast lots of options, friendly staff . Great location off and on freeway and starbucks close by

“Dasia was AWESOME! It's Christmas day and she, after 45m of kitchen being closed, offered to cook my wife and I a burger as we showed up late after 7+ hrs of driving!
Also, she has excellent energy and understanding is very patient and exudes a positive attitude. Thankful for this stop tonight!

“The front desk was always pleasant and helpful, all exterior doors lock during night and late evening time. Well insulated and quiet, considering the room was on the ground level. Breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary cookies were much appreciated. Very Dog friendly during the time of our arrival, they had a goody-bag already prepared for my service partner complete with a treat, her own bed sheet, and a waste bag.”

“We scheduled a late check in and was contacted to verify the reservation and given directions to access room key and not have to disturb the manager at such a late hour. ROOM WAS VERY COMFY. Clean and stocked accordingly for 4 people. Was pleasantly greatly by the manager next morning and he opened the breakfast room for us and again it was well stocked and very clean. We will keep this place in our list of places to stay. And the price was very reasonable as well. Was pleasantly surprised.. Thanks for the great attitude and service. We will see you again ..”
“We stopped at the Hilton Inn on our way to a camping trip. It was so easy. Right off the freeway, clean, accommodating and the staff was super friendly. We had our bikes with us and they stored them for us, which was so great. Also, the food was quite exceptional! We would stop here again! Thank you!”

“I am spending a month here. Really nice suites new apliances nice countertops, dont get 5 star because flooring in entryway and kitchen seem to be not glued down in spots. could hear the tv in the room next to me clearly and hear the couples conversations very well over their tv. was able to hear people in the room above me stomp around at times. some days were worse than others. Everything lookd great and was clean and the one minor problem i had in my room was taken care of right away
The service of the staff at the front desk was excellent and was able to get everything and everyone taken care of even when dealing with some not so nice customers. kudos staff, great job. Excellent day and night crews. No complaints. i would definitely recommend Homewood Suites. i will definitely stay here again if given the oppertunity”

“I must say from the time of check in I was greeted by a very pleasent and friendly lady didnt get her name but she was very kind didnt mind helping you if she could. When i got too room it was a little hot due too sun beating thru the window wish they would leave ac on too keep room cool during the summer. Other then that the rooms are very clean and spotless of any dirt. I felt very comfortable here that after i ate i feel asleep rite away and slept all nite will stay again”
“This motel provides an excellent, throw back to earlier times experience. The atmosphere is very inviting and feels safe with its enclosed courtyard style parking lot. There were seasonal flowers blooming everywhere. This motel was clean, the staff was friendly, the room was updated, and the bed was very comfortable. A gentleman was actually power washing the outside of the motel when we checked in. There is definite pride of ownership here. We enjoyed parking in the assigned carport space right outside our room. The breakfast room was clean, and breakfast was adequate. Winco grocery store is just a short walk or drive away, and there are many close eating establishments. The motel is easy to find from I-5.”
“It is an older motel six rooms need updating. There is no USB plugs and the floors were filthy there should be no reason I get out the shower and my feet are black before I get to put on socks and shoes.”
“The whole hotel has been refurbished. Fresh paint, new flooring, comfortable beds and clean rooms. We found it to be a great value for the money. Close to the downtown area , it's location was perfect for us. They also have a laundry room which was nice.Rooms: Clean and newly refurbishedNearby activities: Children's MuseumFood & drinks: Lots of food choices nearby. Everything from burgers to sushi.”

“Great value for the money. For about 10% more than a Motel 6, you’ll get twice the value. Nice, well equipped rooms (microwave, refrigerator and the air conditioner works great). Clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good service at the front desk. I’ve stayed at 3 other comparable motels in and around Medford. This one offers the best value.”
“I frequently stay here while traveling for work. The rooms are very large but have a strong smell of cleaner. Breakfast is somewhat limited, but there are plenty of cold food choices.”

“Typical 2 star place. Rough exterior, worn and dated interior.
The good: my car windows were not bashed out, shower had hot ish water, and didn’t see any roaches. It was a cheap place to sleep on my travels.
Exterior has someone outside smoking 24/7
Safety: When I parked I had a sketchy dude try to get me to roll down my window. Wasn’t having none of that!”

“This location was quiet, clean, and close to a lot of eateries. There is also a place to get food on the premises. This place is well maintained. Pets are also allowed with their own grassy area with doggy bags supplied. Great for overnight, or longer.”
