Escalator was broken and the elevator is very difficult to find even with directions. Store layout is extremely difficult to navigate! I personally hate going here but once every 10 years if looking for something specific. I don't know how they are still in business.

I live where the mall has died so I traveled 3.5 hours to get to this mall that has a J C Penny's . I really enjoyed having a big clean store like this. It has so much to offer and the people that work in this store are very friendly. Great prices.
