“I probably should not have gone to this walk in because I did not know how much I would have to pay. But they had openings, I registered on line. Then got a text saying they were behind and when my new appointment was. I went anyway at my first appointed time. I walked in only one person ahead of me. I finally was called back and and waited. It was an hour later then my schedule time but it is the flu season ect, so that is expected. My only concern is that the amount I paid vs what I now owe. It kinda felt like bait and switch. But everyone working there was really nice. I don't know if I will be back but we will see what the insurance/ says ect.”

“Everyone at La Clinica is super kind, proficient and wonderful. I'm 60 years old and this is hands down the best care I've ever received. When I lived in Los Angeles, a past employer paid for the premium healthcare membership concierge service, One Medical, and the care I've received at La Clinica has been exponentially better than even there! Due to some health issues that recently arose, I have been in for appointments either with my NP, nurses, phlebotomists or techs, 6 times in the past 3 months and every experience has been A+. I especially want to shout out Leah Schindler, FNP who is the most attentive, smartest, proactive, and, on top of all of that, super cool medical practitioner I've ever interacted with. My expectations have been exceeded every time and I feel super grateful and lucky to be under her care and everyone at Phoenix La Clinica! Thank you!”

“I am very grateful for this health option. I have been seeing Dr. Clarissa Carson at the Medford office for sometime now. She is amazing so down to earth and so easy to talk to! She listens to everything and will find a solution. I am so thankful for her, I only wish that she would do podcasts because she would be so beneficial to so many people. She is amazing you Have any mental health questions or problems? She is willing to help and is the very best that I have been to and I’ve been to a lot. Kudos to her give her a try you won’t be sorry!!”

“Can't believe there are only two reviews here!! Easily the least stressful, most professional doctors office in the valley. While I ☆DO☆ miss Alan Bates - and who doesn't? - Miss Bismarck F.N.P. easily does the hardest of diagnosis and treatment and not only listens to the patient, but actually cares!”

“I have been going to endocrinology for 7 years for my hypothyroidism. For the first 5 years at a different endocrinologist it was a painful and exhausting experience but 2 years ago when I started seeing Dr.Hungerford it was literally life changing. Dr.Hungerford has a gentle manner and he is kind to his patients. He is more knowledgeable then my previous doctors and was able to help me balance my medication so I can manage my health. Listen by the time you need an endocrinologist your body is suffering and your spirit is crushed. There isn't a cure for hypothyroidism but medication and diet can help you. Many people get angry at a permanent auto immune disease and might reflect that anger in their reviews but I have seen what a bad endocrinologist is like and Dr.Hungerford is the best I have ever met. Also if you have read this far be kind to yourself this is a long journey.”

“Use of the app to get scheduled was great, electronic check in. I was sent an email for this electronic check in. It did say, far down in the message, to go into the waiting area. The lab sits right next to a pharmacy in a grocery store. So, the waiting room door doesn’t make it obvious to come in and sit down. Luckily the phlebotomist came out into the store and I got my labs!! I was the last of the day, and running late, so I really appreciate her helpfulness, skill and dedication to caring for others! Thanks Jean”
