Party supplies include balloon inflation, decorations, gift packaging, favors, tableware, seasonal occasion decor, all in one place. The Medford branch is clean store & restrooms. Staff are helpful and friendly, excellent customer service, super job framing prints, staff in frames is awesome, hit it out of the park, assisting with frame and layering color combo, got it done earlier than told, extra exciting. Discounts and deals going on, quality items overall very good. Some customers find prices high, and a recent visit had a not great attitude day for staff.
Hit or miss whether they will have an item in stock. I bounce between here and HL since they are across the road from each other. Sometimes neither have what I need. Maybe this is why I have reluctantly become an e-shopper. Prices can be better from their online store and there are often more and better options.
