Party supplies include balloon inflation, decorations, gift packaging, favors, tableware, seasonal occasion decor, all in one place. The Medford branch is clean store & restrooms. Staff are helpful and friendly, excellent customer service, super job framing prints, staff in frames is awesome, hit it out of the park, assisting with frame and layering color combo, got it done earlier than told, extra exciting. Discounts and deals going on, quality items overall very good. Some customers find prices high, and a recent visit had a not great attitude day for staff.
Great and kind staff. The staff took the time to open a few Halloween New Paint by numbers I was looking for out of boxes. I’m very thankful and it made my day.

I love this place! It's got so much of what I'm looking for in arts and crafts, it's always a pleasure to go in, grab what I need and go home and stay having more fun. Canvases and jewelry findings, paint and so much more. Enjoy!

Michaels is my favorite store for crafts. They have everything, the in store pickup is quick and efficient, the staff are always kind. The store is quiet and bright and the coupons and clearance are plentiful. Way better than Hobby Lobby.
