Hit or miss whether they will have an item in stock. I bounce between here and HL since they are across the road from each other. Sometimes neither have what I need.
Maybe this is why I have reluctantly become an e-shopper.
Prices can be better from their online store and there are often more and better options.

Michaels picture framing department does a super job framing prints. I use the routinely when I need something framed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

They act as if they have great deals and then scam you like the prices you see when grabbing the items are not accurate. Bead spinner comes out too 20$ somehow when it was supposed too be 16. Another tool said 35 then rung up as 40 i wanna say its no biggie but when the stuff if already crazy overpriced and then it rings up and its more its like are you fr? Staff very sweet and helpful tho

This has been the worst online experience I have ever had, made even worse by horrendous customer service. My package inexplicably traveled from within a few miles of my destination to the opposite side of the state three times. I believe this is because they don't like or understand my general delivery address and are discriminating against it. To add to this frustration, the telephone service was terrible; I was hung up on multiple times. Shockingly, on two of these occasions, it was by a manager when I was trying to address the actions of a customer service agent. Ultimately, I never received the package, and the order was canceled after the sender requested its return. Because of this exceptionally frustrating and unacceptable experience across both shipping and customer support, including being dismissed by management and what I perceive as discrimination against my address, I will never shop at Michael's again.
