The store is always a lot too busy. People are treated like idiot cattle, and the smart but unhelpful employees are very irritating.

I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Lisa- a very kind and welcoming lady who did everything she could to help me even when I was stressed. She made sure to listen to my needs and help me in any way she could in a timely manner. Thank you Lisa!!!

Jeff and the staff helped us switch from verizon. They stayed late after the store closed to get it all done. They were very patient and helpful.Never frustrated or in a hurry. Definitely five star service here. Not to mention, we saved a couple hundred bucks a month
