“We were heading home in CA from MT. Had truck troubles on the way and called Dave. He and his staff are great. Needed an EGR valve that's on factory backorder. They spent the better part of a day calling all over the country and found one in CA. Dave had it shipped overnight. Two days in the shop and we are back on the road. Dave went above and beyond what I expected and really helped us get back on the road. Thank you so much Dave!!!!”

“After a terrifying experience with a rockslide, I had been unable to get help from AAA or AllState Insurance for towing because it was a weekend and their contracted people were not available. John at Jim's towing not only was available, but showed up with a sense of urgency, got my SUV to the collision repair show and completed the drop off of my keys so that I could get to the airport in time to make a flight home. Not only that, I got in the car for my ride to the airport before getting my receipt and John texted it to me later than day and followed up with a phone call to confirm drop off at the collision shop. “I had my windows tinted here and he did an amazing job on them! He got me in same day and it’s a fair price. However, I don’t like that the owner asks for cash. They claimed that their card reader is broken, but i’ve heard others say they ask for cash as well. He doesn’t give you quote paper with details about the job. So overall I will give a 4 star for the great tint job and fair price, but take a star off due to the sketchy payment system.”

On our way home we stopped at the local McDonald’s here in Milton-Freewater so the kids could get something to eat as I waited in the bus a staff member came out and asked if I would like something to eat. They said Busdriver’s eat for free. It’s not just the free food but they took the time to come out in the cold weather and brought me something to eat. “So I came to Oregon on Business and ended up buying a new pick up... I stopped at les schwab inMilton Frewater to see my options for tires wheels packages and a new air ride kit ... I was met in the parking lot by Jack he brought me inside and help me choose the right tires and wheels for my truck ... he was spot on ... he tod me the air ride could not be I stalled till the morning then he went out of his way to find me accommodations for the night.. he then picked me up the next day and helped me got on my way ....
