“Love supporting local! They were very nice to work with, and price was reasonable. I would just recommend clarifying when dropping your car if you will need it by a certain time.”

“My car suddenly wouldn't start and Les Schwab had a technician come out to my house within an hour of me calling them. Ben looked over my battery, cleaned the terminals in my garage, and then met me at the store to do a full battery test and replacement quote.”

“Cody was an exceptional salesperson. I appreciate him listening closely to my needs. Without me knowing the possibilities, he assisted me to find the perfect vehicle. I had intended on buying a Passport or a Pilot but after listening to concerns, he encouraged me to explore the Honda Ridgeline. Cody even allowed me to test drive a second Ridgeline, when I was torn about the color I wanted. He wanted to be sure that I had the “right” vehicle. It was an incredibly easy buying and finance experience. I will definitely tell all of my friends about this positive experience. Other dealerships can learn a great deal about how to treat customers right.”

“Some needed suspension parts were hard to get for my 2022 Ridgeline but I was able to procure them myself. Thought for sure that the local Honda dealership would decline to install them for me but I was wrong. Megan gladly offered a reasonable estimate and I set up an appointment for the next day. Work was completed next day as promised.I'm happy with the relationship I've established with Megan at Walla Walla Honda and will return for any services I cannot do myself.”

“The 4 stars are because the service manager took the issue seriously and is dealing with it.I was treated horribly by the service writer because after waiting more than 10 minutes while he laughed and joked with the people in the car ahead of me, then walked away, I started to just leave. He motioned me back and I asked if he was ready to do his job. He then proceeded to tell me, without asking why I was there, "You're going to have a 4 and a half hour wait"This was at 3:30 on a Sunday. They close at 7pm. I was there just for a battery - which their policy says always go to the front of the line, and this was confirmed by the rest of the staff.I backed out, parked, and went inside. He followed me in, accused me of cussing at him (I didn't, but he did cuss at me). The associate at the counter told him to walk away and told the service manager that he had followed me in "running his mouth"The service manager, Chris, went out of his way to repair the damage caused by this unprofessional, rude service writer.I had my new battery installed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes.”
