“We’ve been bringing our vehicles here for years. Service is always excellent! This last time I dropped off my filthy car with the gas light on and a list of issues to deal with. When he figured out the issues, he called and explained everything with very honest and transparent opinions about levels of priority to help me budget the work, explaining the issues to me as if I know nothing (because I don’t). I never feel tricked or upsold by Oil Haus. And when I picked up my car, they had washed the outside and even put a little gas in it! Expect to wait a while for an appointment, but if you can make it, they are worth the wait.”

“Not big on reviews as too many are sour grapes with little basis but I had a great series of positive remote interactions with Cody while making a recent truck purchase.
I found a vehicle listed on the webpage for which I made a direct, pointed inquiry on. Received a direct response which answered the questions. No dodge or merely providing a link to the vehicle listing but real answers for the questions asked. And in a prompt fashion. Went thru a couple rounds of this before I decided I'd come in for a test drive. (I posed additional questions)
That truck sold before I could get in for a test drive but a couple realistic options were provided within the next couple days. These were not simply efforts to get me in the store, but vehicles which fell into my preselected criteria.
Car sales typically is not fun but I found Cody to be someone responsive to my questions. And no high pressure pitches.
I DO RECOMMEND PEOPLE GIVE HIM A CHANCE.”

“No one wants to put their car in the shop use a rental car worry about the expense and everything. But at Gerber collision and glass, the Adjustor made all the plans to the car had a piece of paper and little handout detailing all of the repairs needed in the price. Luckily my insurance was covering most of it. But I get texts when there were changes or text when it was done with painting or when it was ready to pick up. Nice communication hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do, I will definitely choose them for Service.”

“Had one of those pesky noises that came and went, was sure it was my alternator belt but many mechanics told me the symptoms didn't fit (the squealing wouldn't happen at idle). Dropped my car off here, sure enough he couldn't reproduce the sound, when I went to pick up my car he came out to listen and sure enough the squeeling noise was there now! He said it was the belt after all, took me into the garage and had it adjusted in about ten minutes while I waited, it's been about a week now of no noise and I'm sure my neighbors appreciate his service just as much as I do! Will be going back here for sure A+”
