“We’ve been bringing our vehicles here for years. Service is always excellent! This last time I dropped off my filthy car with the gas light on and a list of issues to deal with. When he figured out the issues, he called and explained everything with very honest and transparent opinions about levels of priority to help me budget the work, explaining the issues to me as if I know nothing (because I don’t). I never feel tricked or upsold by Oil Haus. And when I picked up my car, they had washed the outside and even put a little gas in it! Expect to wait a while for an appointment, but if you can make it, they are worth the wait.”

“He checked my car for upcoming winter and checked a window I was having problems with as well as reattached a mirror. He didn't charge, told me the problem with the window and suggested where to take my car. Once again, the most honest business and goes well beyond what is necessary. I will keep coming back.”

“This is our second LQ trailer from Don Johnson Sales with the same sales representative, Uriah. Each time, we received great service and an excellent trade in on our well loved trailers. I expect to retire and hit the road in this one before we ever need to buy another, but if we did have a need, we will be back. Bill and Jenny”

“Had one of those pesky noises that came and went, was sure it was my alternator belt but many mechanics told me the symptoms didn't fit (the squealing wouldn't happen at idle). Dropped my car off here, sure enough he couldn't reproduce the sound, when I went to pick up my car he came out to listen and sure enough the squeeling noise was there now! He said it was the belt after all, took me into the garage and had it adjusted in about ten minutes while I waited, it's been about a week now of no noise and I'm sure my neighbors appreciate his service just as much as I do! Will be going back here for sure A+”

“My experience started good with a straightforward conversation over the phone about repair costs for my JD riding mower, and it only got better from there. Brandon and Alejandro were optimized professionalism in client onboarding, and my Repair Tech Bob was absolutely top notch - proficient, knowledgeable, and willing to take a moment to pass on some of that knowledge to help me learn how to better care for my mower.”

“Not big on reviews as too many are sour grapes with little basis but I had a great series of positive remote interactions with Cody while making a recent truck purchase. I found a vehicle listed on the webpage for which I made a direct, pointed inquiry on. Received a direct response which answered the questions. No dodge or merely providing a link to the vehicle listing but real answers for the questions asked. And in a prompt fashion. Went thru a couple rounds of this before I decided I'd come in for a test drive. (I posed additional questions) That truck sold before I could get in for a test drive but a couple realistic options were provided within the next couple days. These were not simply efforts to get me in the store, but vehicles which fell into my preselected criteria. Car sales typically is not fun but I found Cody to be someone responsive to my questions. And no high pressure pitches. I DO RECOMMEND PEOPLE GIVE HIM A CHANCE.”

“Thank you Riley, Jeff, and Lincoln for letting me drive this badass truck and for the Bluewood tickets! Y'all hooked it up and may have convinced me to get a truck! You guys are all so kind and respectful and made me want to give up the Prius life If any of you are wanting to get a new vehicle, ask for Riley and he can run a quote for you and take you out for a test drive!! Their service department is also really kind and got my Toyota services in less than an hour, 3 hrs before my appointment and dropped me at the hospital for work as well! Great company”

“No one wants to put their car in the shop use a rental car worry about the expense and everything. But at Gerber collision and glass, the Adjustor made all the plans to the car had a piece of paper and little handout detailing all of the repairs needed in the price. Luckily my insurance was covering most of it. But I get texts when there were changes or text when it was done with painting or when it was ready to pick up. Nice communication hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do, I will definitely choose them for Service.”

“I had Steve fix my transmission years ago , 1999 ram 2500, the 2nd gear band had broken, I went to numerous dealerships in the area including tri-cities none of them could tell me what was wrong they all wanted to test into it first then figure it out. I took it to Steve , he drove it and immediately knew what the issue was. So I had him fix and beef it up with all heavy duty components, it had 122,000 miles at that time, years later I sold the truck with 242,000 miles on it and never had another issue with the transmission, he did great work then and from what I’ve heard he still does .”
