“The best customer service I have seen and experienced in a very long time!! I went to several banking institutions without any help, sometimes with rudeness, and I was ready to believe I would never get my check cashed. I'm so glad I reluctantly tried here and extremely grateful to the staff. It started out the same, but this time, when we asked if they could think of anything else, I could do they actually answered me. They went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to access my money on my "terms". I worked 40+ years in customer service, back when it truly was customer service, so I expect a lot from anyone in that occupation and it is horrible how little it really happens these days...most are completely opposite of the true meaning! Like I said, though, this was true customer service worthy of the old days. Check them out.”
