I noticed that on Sunday, while there was a long line and three cashiers were chatting, Rebecca was diligently working at self-checkout. When she saw the line growing, she took the initiative to open a new register, which was greatly appreciated. “I went there to get key copies made and see what kind of furniture hardware selection they had. The customer service at their key making kiosk was outstanding and very quick. I was impressed by the large selection of hinges in what I originally just saw as a small local hardware store. On my way to check out I found a gallon of antifreeze for a decent price. That took one store off my list of errands. The cashier was professional and friendly. This store was a welcome surprise. I plan to return and do a thorough walk through to make better use of it in the future.”
