“I do not recommend anyone else. She was very kind and went out of her way to help me even though she didn't have what I needed. I had called to get a uhaul and she did not have a big enough truck available. So she booked one at another location for me. I even had trouble getting the other truck and the location was closed. She kept in contact and helped me through the whole process of mobile pick up. Since I was still having trouble getting the keys, she called and had the owner come help me. I will continue to work with this company as I have in the past for this reason!”

“Victorian Gardens U-Haul was the best U-Haul experience I have ever had!The full story is that I was supposed to be picking up a truck with U-Haul’s online self-service portal at a location in Walla Walla that was closed, so no one was there to help when that service inexplicably didn’t work. We called U-Haul’s main line and sat on hold. The next closest place had one person on staff, not fully trained, who was missing the equipment U-Haul was supposed to have dropped off, and he was on hold with them just like we were! Finally when we got through, the local U-Haul rep was faaaaar less than friendly. I was ready to swear off of ever using U-Haul ever again! Eventually we got her to switch our reservation to this location, Victorian Gardens in Milton Freewater, and we ran down already two hours behind schedule. I should mention that I was moving during one of the busiest weekends of the year, and U-Haul seemed to be having NUMEROUS issues on their end.Enter the Victorian Gardens U-Haul location! When we pulled up, they had the truck ready and were just cleaning off the windows for us. Apparently someone else had had the same issues with the online pickup earlier that morning, so the gentleman we worked with had come in early to help her in person! He had us ready to go and out of there in less than ten minutes.If I were going to do this move again, I’d forget ever trying to work with U-Haul’s main system, and I’d just call this location to make a reservation instead. Friendly, professional service, which really shone through in my moment of need. Five stars!”

“I broke down in Walla Walla about 5 hours from home. No mechanics were available so I ended up renting a truck and an auto trailer so I could tow my car home. The team at the College Place U-haul were only obligated to hook up the trailer to the truck but when they heard about my car breaking down, they pulled the trailer around and helped me get the car loaded. Literally took 3 of us to push it up there. They also helped me strap it down and confirmed that all the lights were working.I am so thankful to the team for all their help.”
