“This review is about ten years overdue. I bought my first ever turntable off eBay. A Setton TS-11. Now I don't remember what I paid for it but I bought it knowing it needed a new belt. At the time I lived about a half mile away. It wasn't far but it meant walking up and down a couple of hills. Oh yeah, I didn't own a car at the time. So I walked it over there and asked them to take a look at it for me. I knew next to nothing about turntables. I don't remember why exactly all the back and forth but I believe I carried that turntable between the shop and my home three times altogether. In the end, they got it working beautifully. In addition to fixing my turntable, they sold me an old radio shack mixer and helped me troubleshoot my audio setup at home. Both the turn table and mixer continue to work perfectly to this day. “I'm so impressed with "Dr. Ryan", I don't know where to start. First off, my Dell laptop is nearly six years old and was super slow, with programs hesitating to open, documents freezing or not responding, and delivering bad performance all around. I thought swapping my existing HHD drive with an SSD drive would help.Boy, did it ever! Ryan put in a new Samsung drive and my computer has been transformed! It's lightning fast now and seems to be working even better than when it was brand new. I'm not only pleased, I'm ecstatic!I'm also delighted by the service I received and Ryan's excellent communication (via text and phone) on the status of my upgrade. He's personable, knowledgeable and has the best prices in town. He charged half of what I was quoted elsewhere.Some people are annoyed that he isn't always in during his stated hours, but that's because he makes house calls, and he's very clear about it. So what. His great service, and the value he provides, outweighs it.So do yourself a favor. Take your computer or cell phone problems directly to Dr. Ryan. Don't waste time or money going anywhere else. And pet his friendly dog, Eve, while you're there.”

I’m very grateful to store representative, Adam, who quickly installed an excellent new battery in my Subaru Outback, kindly answered my questions, & unprompted, gave additional assessments & good advice. It was about 90 degrees today so I greatly appreciated his patience and generosity!
My only suggestion (everything else being excellent), is if this hot weather continues to extend in duration, perhaps the company should invest in a pop-up canopy under which cars and employees can be in the shade while batteries are installed, however quickly. As a Batteries Plus “plus”, the canopy can also add extra store visibility and space for advertising! ?”

“I've worked with Imperial Office Solutions in a professional capacity, and for the most part, they've provided prompt and pleasant service. I've unable to get into specifics of our deployment, due to non-disclosure agreements, but I can safely say that, overall, the process of swapping out some leased hardware has been relatively painless.Yes, there have been a few hiccups and snafus along the road to swapping out our leased devices, such as license files not being pre-emptively installed, being shorted some external accessories, and then being shipped an incompatible peripheral, which had to be exchanged. However, in each case, Rick (the owner) was right on top of the issues, helping us sort out each individual case as fast as could possibly be expected. For that reason alone, I would highly recommend Imperial Office Solutions for your office hardware needs. Paraphasing the words of Vanilla Ice: "If you got a problem, yo, IOS will solve it!"”

“I brought my SX-750 to them for repair. The receiver would not power up and I kept losing a channel on the phono input. The techs repaired all my issues and it's a joy to listen to now. Keep in mind, this receiver is 50 yrs. old. and things can still happen due to the heat cycles and age of components in the design of this amp. Just saying, it's like my 55 yr. old motorcycle, things will need attention and PLEASE be PATIENT with them. They're that busy with customer's repairs these days. It's worth the wait.”

“I've had a couple of issues with my phone over the past couple of months. One issue was from another repair shop who installed the screen on my Pixel 7 and ended up disabling several features on my phone. I tried to take it back to have them enable those features again, but was told that they couldn't do anything about it and they didn't know how to help. I brought the same phone to ubreakifix and they had me up in running in just a few hours!The staff there was super friendly and fast! Highly recommend!”
