“I had a new pair of Apple Air Pod’s that I had only used a few times. All of a sudden the adapter charger wasn’t staying connected to Air Pods charging case. I brought them to Fix Hut. The person named, Paul, that was working said they didn’t normally work on Air Pods, but he would take a look at them. A short time later he came from the back of the store and had fixed the issue. Tried to offer him some money, but he just said “happy holidays” and wouldn’t accept a payment. Will be bringing my I'-Phone or I-pad here for any future needs. Much more friendly and convenient than trying to use the internet or Apple Support.”

I don't know about the employees in his beaverton store that I can tell you in the Clackamas store they are top notch. “This review is about ten years overdue. I bought my first ever turntable off eBay. A Setton TS-11. Now I don't remember what I paid for it but I bought it knowing it needed a new belt. At the time I lived about a half mile away. It wasn't far but it meant walking up and down a couple of hills. Oh yeah, I didn't own a car at the time. So I walked it over there and asked them to take a look at it for me. I knew next to nothing about turntables. I don't remember why exactly all the back and forth but I believe I carried that turntable between the shop and my home three times altogether. In the end, they got it working beautifully. In addition to fixing my turntable, they sold me an old radio shack mixer and helped me troubleshoot my audio setup at home. Both the turn table and mixer continue to work perfectly to this day. “I'm so impressed with "Dr. Ryan", I don't know where to start. First off, my Dell laptop is nearly six years old and was super slow, with programs hesitating to open, documents freezing or not responding, and delivering bad performance all around. I thought swapping my existing HHD drive with an SSD drive would help.Boy, did it ever! Ryan put in a new Samsung drive and my computer has been transformed! It's lightning fast now and seems to be working even better than when it was brand new. I've unable to get into specifics of our deployment, due to non-disclosure agreements, but I can safely say that, overall, the process of swapping out some leased hardware has been relatively painless.Yes, there have been a few hiccups and snafus along the road to swapping out our leased devices, such as license files not being pre-emptively installed, being shorted some external accessories, and then being shipped an incompatible peripheral, which had to be exchanged. However, in each case, Rick (the owner) was right on top of the issues, helping us sort out each individual case as fast as could possibly be expected. “I brought my SX-750 to them for repair. The receiver would not power up and I kept losing a channel on the phono input. The techs repaired all my issues and it's a joy to listen to now. Keep in mind, this receiver is 50 yrs. old. and things can still happen due to the heat cycles and age of components in the design of this amp. Just saying, it's like my 55 yr. old motorcycle, things will need attention and PLEASE be PATIENT with them. They're that busy with customer's repairs these days. It's worth the wait.”

“Quickly diagnosed the problem with my samsung galaxy S23 Ultra. I thought needed a new battery. They told me I didn't and so didn't do an actually unnecessary repair - which I assume some places might have done. They refered me to Samsung to fix the problem. I liked that I was able to go in person and deal with a person. I'm not looking forward to having to deal with Samsung for the fix.”
