Good overall, but it's hard to find specialty items. Walking around aisle aimlessly, not able to find what I need.
Every day, items such as groceries and cleaning supplies are easy to find. But not specialty items.

Good prices overall. I dislike the new store layout. I liked when the “natural food” was separated. It made it much easier to find what I wanted. Now it’s all mixed it and takes forever to find what I want. After doing pick up orders for years, I’ve given up on getting any produce or meat. The produce is always awful and I’ve gotten expired meat three times in a row.

This fredmeyers looks so different from the ones I usually shop at. The front parking lot reminds me of a Bi-mart parking lot.
This fredmeyers is clean and nice. Can't wait for their electronic section to open up.

More employees than customers. Armed Security(with body armor LOL)constantly follows me around. Pathetic, ungrateful and totally unprofessional. Going to Grocout or Walmart from now on. The worst Freddie’s I’ve ever been to. You lost a 24 year customer.
