Fred Meyer is a large, one-stop shopping store that offers a wide range of products, including groceries, a drugstore, clothing, shoes, jewelry, home decor, home improvement, garden supplies, electronics, toys, and sporting goods. The store is generally clean and well-maintained, with a parking lot that some find reminiscent of a Bi-mart. Prices are considered good overall, but the store layout has changed, making it harder to find certain items, especially specialty products. Many customers find it easy to locate everyday groceries and cleaning supplies, but have experienced difficulty with produce and meat quality, often finding produce disappointing and meat sometimes expired. Customer service on the sales floor is sometimes lacking, with few staff available to assist shoppers, though the information booth staff are friendly and helpful. The store's new layout and product organization have caused some frustration, but shoppers remain hopeful as they await the opening of new sections like electronics.
Fred Meyer only cares about one thing, money. The people that work there are great, but the company itself is garbage. Shop elsewhere and avoid all Kroger brands. Kroger only wants to take your money. They don’t care about you. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the employees there are pretty OK.

For someone from Florida its a nice store with a great selection of products, but customer service is awful. Won't be returning

Was followed around by security, and I didn't have a backpack. Their facial recognition sucks because it would have shown security I was not a thief. Not very welcoming.
