I went to the gas station at 7:01 and they refused to give me gas saying they close at 7pm. Why is this gas station closing at 7pm? No gas stations close at 7pm. I was super offended. If I could give you a negative review I would. Poor service and ridiculous hours of operation. The store closes at 10pm but the gas station closes at 7pm. Whoever made that decision is an idiot. Covid is over now open your stores.

The cashier in the morning is not friendly what so ever. No good morning. No how are you. Just do you have a rewards. No have a good day. At least tell me to F off or something. If you hate your job, better find something you enjoy. Just because you're not a morning person, doesn't mean you should be unkind to your customers! Store director?????? Doesn't good customer service matter anymore?? If anyone should be grumpy, it should be your customers with the high prices.

This Freddy's represents the low water mark for the Kroger brand and is one of the most ratchet locations in Portland metro. There isn't a single cart that doesn't rattle or vibrate down the aisles. Shelves are typically empty and the whole store is just so outdated and shabby.

Fred Meyer as a whole is too expensive for what they offer. On top of that, this location often has sales or markdowns that don’t make it to the register. Make sure you’re watching what’s being rung up - the price could be wrong.

Not my favorite Fred Meyer, but it's okay, and closest to where I live now. **UPDATE after 6 years: WATCH THE PRICES when you check out, if paying the actual advertised price matters to you. I'm always having to call the checkers over to correct the price when the self checkout register tries to overcharge me. This usually happens with more than one item each visit (I tend to remember the exact price of everything so it really bothers me). I should mention that this applies to all Fred Meyer locations, not just this location. The employees are always friendly and they are usually glad to fix the issues, but it just gets so frustrating as a paying customer who shops at Fred Meyer a lot. I should also mention that (in my opinion) this location seems to be as good as any Fred Meyer now, although it's not the largest Freddy's store in the area.

Love the Lip Smackers brand! Been using the Coca Cola and Barqs lipsticks for quite some time and they have a good smell and taste when you lick your lips to them. My mom gave me 2 as a Christmas present last year and ever since then my lips are not chapped anymore. Would love to get more of this brand if I could. It's so cool!

I know this store very well and I prefer this location vs. Clackamas spot. This place gets packed during peak shopping hours though. Pharmacy is open until 8pm.

My girlfriend...My very polite, kind-hearted girlfriend, just called down to the pharmacy to confirm that her meds were ready and was hung up on by the incredibly rude person who took the call. This is not unusual for the people at this store either. The difference is, they've done it to somebody I care about this time and, guys and gals of Oak Grove FM, you, via appropriate channels, will answer for this one. Thank you!
