“I love living here. My husband and I were in a senior housing complex in Portland that we really hated. Way too expensive for "affordable" housing. Ridings Terrace is section 8 income based. As seniors we have found our permanent home. The manager, Tina is great gets things done in a very timely. If you are looking for nice affordable apartments and meet the guidelines, highly recommend. They are being remodeled as well so the previous comments about police being there all the time will soon be moot. New lighting and security system being installed. Very happy here. We've been here 4 years nice neighbors quiet good management we are seniors. Feel very safe and secure - without the affordable housing rent would be unaffordable. Very grateful for our home.”

“Location is everything but for the rent and proximity to my job it’s worth it - only issues are road noise and idiots uncaring that people live here and homeless invading our dumpster nightly - would really like more controlled access (ie gates, security lights)But beyond that rent is cheapest in town and in this economy and this president we need all the help we can get!!!!”
