“Five stars! I really enjoyed living at canyon Creek apartments. The community is clean, peaceful and well taken care of. A huge shout out to Derek, the maintenance supervisor for always being professional, friendly and quick to respond. Any maintenance requests I've had were handled promptly and efficiently and Derek always makes sure the job is done right. It's clear he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping the property in great shape. Highly recommend canyon Creek apartments!”

“I've been living here for over 3 years and unfortunately the rent increases yearly it quickly becomes unaffordable. However, the management has nothing to do with those, it comes from the owners directly. I must say that when maintenance was requested it was usually taken care of promptly. Kayden, the office manager, has been nothing but kind and more than understanding of situations that are out of our control. The new management has put in some long, hard hours of work to bring this place back up to standard after the previous management team dropping the ball repeatedly. Try to keep that part in mind, they are simply fixing the problems caused by prior management. The new maintenance guy, Jacob, is relatable and prompt. If the rent wasn't so high, I would totally stay here. I would highly recommend them as a safe, quite (most of the time, depending on your neighbors, some of them can be very, very loud) neighborhood. Thank you for your hospitality, Kayden! “Amy in the front office is amazing & so kind & helpful. Beth is wonderful, as well. I’ve lived here for about 2 years & the current owners & management & staff are the best they’ve been. Apartments are nice & property is beautiful, clean, & quiet. Prices are affordable. Neighbors are friendly. They hold community gatherings in the front office regularly & it’s really nice & makes you feel right at home in this little apartment community.”
