I have never had any problems with this US Bank of Molalla until this morning. It almost felt like it was a racial situation when I asked to buy some quarters. Just the attitude she had towards me set it all. It's not like I'm leaving this US Bank, but, I won't do business at this location anymore.

Do yourself a favor and switch banks already!I had been with U.S. Bank since I was 16. Long story short, they took over $400 in fees from my account. I went back and forth with the manager, who insisted the issue was my fault and that my account was set up incorrectly. I told them that if they couldn't help me, I would withdraw all my money and switch banks—which I did the next day.Six months later, I received a check from U.S. Bank for the $400, along with a notice stating that there had been an error in their system. The managerrefused to take responsibility, eventually stopped returning my calls. Customer service was no help either.
Save yourself the hassle and find a better bank!

This is literally the worst bank I’ve ever had. I don’t know if it’s just this location but every single experience I’ve had with 3 different employees here in molalla, have been negative. It makes me want to switch banks.

Can't or won't transfer funds to another bank. Cashiers check will take 10 business days?? A better answer would be " its in the mail tomorrow" Why 10 days? The AI phone system is dumb and annoying!!

My husband has had an account for 10+yrs and forgot to ha e me sign a tax check before he deposited in ATM, 2weeks later he got a letter saying they needed to verify my identity because I was not on the his account and sent a photo copy of the check back with said it could be us a s like the original, so we went to the bank and they will not accept the check until he adds me to account, which neither of us want, and told us to go to a check cashing place and do it there that the copy would work. Well guess what.... it doesn't and the bank basically said oh sorry about your luck. Kinda tucked to be forced into having to now have an axcount with a bank I wanted nothing to do with.

Worst branch ever you stand in line for 5 to 10 minutes while the bank manager over gabs with people she says she's always helping clients but she's not helping the people standing in line there were four of us, three of us walked out they're always short-staffed or on lunch and are always too busy Counting money or doing other mindless tasks to help the people who need to get in and out with a quick transaction. I don't even know why this branch is still open.

Unfortunately, this branch is still in a Covid Fog! Very slow & understaffed. I understand & try to be kind with the tellers. So I am using this forum to register my frustration. I drive to Canby and utilize that branch’s services rather than visit my local Molalla branch. I find the tellers ill-informed of banking norms & could not print out a page from my statement I needed for my attorney?‼️ Why would I want to discuss my issues? I stated the problems & my concerns, I tried to call the Bank today & the perky little automated lady told me they were busy, please call back??‼️Further examples of this Branch’s problems!You call me…

When Andrew was the branch manager it was great. Now not even close. Keeping people out of the lobby is just digging the hole deeper. Hiding behind COVID when everyone else is open what a snowflake move.

There was only one car ahead of me being helped at the window and the transaction took 20 minutes. After my 20 minute wait I asked for change for $100. I was told no, because I have to have an account there. Just the other week my husband was able to go through the drive thru and get change and he doesn’t have an account. 3 stars because the lady was nice but you guys need some consistency in your policies. I waited 20 minutes for nothing.
