“Timely, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’d 100% recommend Mark from Master Appliance. I live in the back hollers of Dallas, with dogs, and the technician Mark couldn’t be more pleasant. He was patient with the dogs, and once the hounds stopped baying he got right to work. They had to order parts for my dryer, so they didn’t charge me for the first service call. It just rolled into the actual service appointment that work was being done, which I appreciated. Mark showed me the piece that busted in my dryer, and had it all put together within that first hour of service. I have to mention, he knew exactly which part was busted just by the sound I was telling him my dryer was making. Of course when he came to my house, the dryer wouldn’t make the stupid noise!! I will be using Master Appliance now for any of my appliance troubles.”
