“The showroom is quite good and the highlight of the show room is the beautiful sales lady. On a scale of zero to ten she deserves a twelve. Not just a pretty face, this intelligent young lady is well informed on pipe threads and other plumbing matters. Visit Ferguson plumbing supply, you will l be glad that you did.”

“To those of you who are whining about Phill I have purchased from him for many years at the various wholesalers he has worked for. what you are calling rudeness and poor customer service was probably your own fault for misunderstanding his sometimes dry sense of humor or you could have just been a bit of a j**** I cant count the number of times Phill has gone to bat for me when I had a problem and the same goes for all of the counter staff. and no if you are not a licenced contractor they WILL FOLLOW company policy and not sell to you. The same goes for any other supplier in town. This protects their reputation when the average fix- it myself homeowner screws something up and burns his house down. And yes when I have a return I also have to justify it which is as it should be. In summery these are a great set of people who are respectful and honest, also if you want to buy wholesale get a licence like the rest of us had to.”

“Came to HD today to return and pick up a large order of cabinets. Emily (in consumer service ) had such a great attitude. I always feel a bit guilty returning a large quantity of items, especially when they're heavy and cumbersome. Emily remained positive the entire time. She went as far as bringing a portion of the items from the back warehouse because only part of the order had been brought to the front. People like this should be recognized for their great customer service.”

“They’ve sold us machines and come to repair them when anything happens. They’re always super responsive and communicative. I’ll never buy from anyone else again— their machines are cheap and refurbished, and they back them up when they break. Love Judy’s !!”

“I was in Salem Oregon in June and had the pleasure of going into your store and receiving excellent customer service. Kenny Powell assisted us with a bathroom countertop when it was missing parts, he went beyond my expectations to solve the problem. The paint staff, and check out folks were very friendly and helpful. Since we were out of town and working on a house to rent, we really appreciated the help it was very stressful. Please share this with your employees they deserve a pat on the back. Good to see some good customer service in these times.”
