Even if I'm asking for heating pellets right before closing and they're in the back because it's late in the season, they happily run to the back for me and load my car without me even asking for help.”

“I usually don't leave reviews, but Old Mill is seriously such a gem! If you’re looking for quality garden supplies, pet supplies, or even cute gifts, this place has it all. I’ve picked up several gift items here for family members over the last couple years, and they’ve always been a hit. I don’t even live in the area, but I stop by this store most times I’m in Dallas.
The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell everyone genuinely enjoys working together and cares about each other, which gives the whole place such a welcoming vibe. There’s a couple who work there—I don’t recall their names, but the handsome gentleman with the distinctive hat, and the petite gal— who answered questions about my cat's needs a while back. They are adorable together. And the way they LOOK at each other— AUGH!! It’s honestly so sweet to see, and it adds to that family-business charm. You can always count on the staff to help.
The atmosphere overall is warm, friendly, and the kind of place that keeps you coming back.
