“Took my 4runner here after a deer decided to jump into it breaking the front bumper. These guys were great to deal with from the beginning to the end of the entire process, and the process was not typical for a normal repair. The OEM bumper replacement on 4Runners has a known sizing issue that both Toyota and the internet are aware of. While dealing with Toyota to get the correct part in (finally sent in from Japan) these guys were top notch and were dedicated to getting the bumper fixed correctly. The level of customer that Silver Creek Auto body has is massively impressive. It feels like we live in a day and age where good customer service is hard to come by, and I’ll tell you Bob and his team here are exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy and taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with companies that you can tell actually care. If you live in Silverton, Woodburn, Salem or any other surrounding areas and you don’t at least take your vehicle here for a quote you’re doing yourself a massive disservice.

“Working with Denny, Maggie, and Ray was the best experience I've had with a large project. I try to be a laid-back customer, who also knows what he wants down to the finer details. This was the first time I ever got EXACTLY what I paid for (and then some) without a single issue. I brought them my 1971 Dodge Challenger to help make it a better, more reliable car by installing subframe connectors, suspension components, a new exhaust system (headers to tips), and swapping the original 727 auto for a Tremec T56 Magnum so I could drive the car regularly. The attention to detail was second to none and I am honestly proud to have had my car worked on at Finn's. Ray and Maggie kept me informed of any/all issues and changes along the way and can say I've made new friends out of this experience. “Just average guy that goes in to buy supplies on random basis. Everyrime I've gone in to buy tie down straps or what ever is needed when towing my project cars or helping friends move their stuff. This time I went in to buy some j hooks to move my tool boxes from my current job to another location within the company. I've dealt with their supply salesman sorry I forgot his name at the moment maybe 3-4 times the past 3 years.
