“Our 2016 minivan had been sitting for several months, and when we needed to use it, brought it out, and the interior smelled terrible. We had to take it on a trip, and the only tolerable solution was to keep the AC on all the time. I finally called around several places, but Matt and his team helped me immediately on the phone with their expert advice. When I got to their shop Matt and Jess immediately looked around for the smelly problem; mice nests! They found 2 and said there are probably more. They helped me make a claim, and got the necessary replacement parts that the mice had destroyed. I highly recommend SCA for their prompt, helpful service! Thank you!”

“On March 29 of this year, I was driving from my home in Bellevue, WA to my sister’s home in Salem, OR. When on HWY 205, my car was rear-ended in a 5-car pileup. I was able to drive it to my sister’s house but knew it needed significant body repair. The next day, upon my sister’s 100% recommendation, we took my car to Traditional Auto Body & Paint in West Salem. We arrived before the shop was open but Susan came to us and said, “Come inside where it is warm, to wait for the technicians.” This much-needed kindness set the tone for five weeks of incredible care and patience. Jonathan Mayorga, Robert Anderson, and all the technicians paid attention to my unique/personal situation in dealing with insurance, my health issues and even getting back home. The professional expertise given to repair my car motivates me to post a FIVE STAR review AND 100% recommendation for TRADITIONAL AUTO BODY & PAINT. The initial examination of my vehicle was thorough, and details were well explained to me. I was updated frequently via phone calls and email regarding estimates and insurance coverage. The full repair of my car was completed in a timely manner, done to my 100% satisfaction, and was cleaned, inside and out, better than it has ever been. I was pleased to be given a detailed report of all the repair that was done, so that I will be able to share this with my repair shop in Bellevue, WA. I certainly do not wish the necessity of auto repair for anyone but, if the occasion does occur, I would highly recommend TRADITIONAL AUTO BODY & PAINT, Salem, Oregon. “I had a great experience with Mackin’s Auto Body in Salem. I brought my Tesla in after hitting an animal and damaging the front bumper cover, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, reliable, and quick. “From the first call to inquire about repairs to the final walk around- it could not have been an easier, stress-free experience. They worked with tow company, insurance and other services ( paint, parts, ect) to return my 2025 KIA Sorento just as perfect as when it came off the lot with the best parts(not the cheapest). I asked if they would give updates over the est 5-6 week repair time. Jose not only called as requested each Friday, he was able to complete the repairs in 3 weeks. After the anxiety and stress of the accident itself, I am so happy we used Jackson. I recommend them highly and remind my friends they have the right to pick the repair shop, regardless of insurance recommendations or suggestions if insurance is claimed. Repairs completed 02/2026.”

Drove in a dirty truck that some road-raging Jughead smashed in the bumper on, picked up a freshly washed one with a perfect repair. No orange peel, no overspray, perfect application. “So glad I checked Yelp! My former go-to auto body place (Lovegrove) is now under new ownership and apparently terrible. I tried Freeman on a hope and a prayer... the bumper of my minivan ripped off (don't ask) and I didn't want to file a claim, just wanted to pay cash. These guys were great, the bumper is completely like new, you'd never know it suffered a mishap. Had to take a star for communication. I was primarily emailing (I called once and was told to email)... Was told Thursday that my car was due to be ready Friday afternoon. I showed up right after work (I'm a teacher and don't check my personal email during the day) and there was a delay (Covid related supply chain thing)... they should've called. They knew it too, and apologized, and paid for a Lyft for me and my kids back to South Salem. Communication blip notwithstanding, I would use them again in a heartbeat. (Also, even though I clearly have a well loved minivan and this car lot is filled with Maseratis and Audis, they treated me completely respectfully and professionally. If I ever need an Audi, I will check this place first!!)”

“I was rear-ended recently and took my highlander into Main/Lovegrove for repairs. They've worked on cars in the past for us and did a nice job. My car didn't look too bad on the surface, but once they got in there, there was a bit of damage to the back bumper, undercarriage and exhaust system. They did a nice job on the repair (the car did need to go back once for a quick adustment to the fitting on the back panel, which was done within hours) and I got regular calls and texts from my rep Eric as they worked through the insurance claim and repair process.
