This place came very highly recommended from a reliable source and I was very pleased to have witnessed everything that was said about this place first hand. From the several employees I dealt with, everyone was very accommodating and explained what the process was in addition to keeping me updated four times while they had my car about the next step and the estimated completion date. They even arranged with the rental car company for the rental to be dropped off and picked up there at Traditional so I didn't have to make an extra trip.
I fully appreciated their efforts and they delivered my detailed car to me so very clean inside and out. There was one small issue I noticed with a wheel after I took delivery on it. So I called them and they contacted my insurance company and arranged for a new wheel to be ordered and said my insurance company will take care of it.
I am recommending Traditional to everyone I talk to about my car. I feel like they went above and beyond to make me a very satisfied customer.”

“From the first call to inquire about repairs to the final walk around- it could not have been an easier, stress-free experience. They worked with tow company, insurance and other services ( paint, parts, ect) to return my 2025 KIA Sorento just as perfect as when it came off the lot with the best parts(not the cheapest). I asked if they would give updates over the est 5-6 week repair time. Jose not only called as requested each Friday, he was able to complete the repairs in 3 weeks. After the anxiety and stress of the accident itself, I am so happy we used Jackson. “I was rear-ended recently and took my highlander into Main/Lovegrove for repairs. They've worked on cars in the past for us and did a nice job. My car didn't look too bad on the surface, but once they got in there, there was a bit of damage to the back bumper, undercarriage and exhaust system. They did a nice job on the repair (the car did need to go back once for a quick adustment to the fitting on the back panel, which was done within hours) and I got regular calls and texts from my rep Eric as they worked through the insurance claim and repair process.
