“This business is located in the historic Windischar's General Blacksmith Shop. It was built between 1902 and 1905 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. This is a cool looking building and a must see. Check it out!”
“This store's service is amazing! I could not find the items I was looking for anywhere on the quicksilver website. I had bought them a few weeks ago at this outlet and wanted more. I called and talked to Joe, who went above and beyond for me. He assisted with the purchase and shipping of my items, (which is uncommon of an outlet in my experience) and I received them the next day. That is who I would want representing my brand and store.”
“The sales people here are extremely professional and helpful. It took a total of about 20 minutes to be sized, suggestions made, clothes tried on, and out the store. They also have great sales, this one being "buy 2, get 2." You can't beat that!”
“Out of all the locations in Oregon where my Mom is, this one is my favorite location when I come into town. Not only was my experience at this outlet excellent, Bailey made the experience even more enjoyable and she was so helpful! Shot out to Bailey! She who was so patient with me while I took my time deciding on what I really wanted to purchase. There's no Pendleton in Las Vegas so trips for me to this store will always be a big purchase at one time. There was coat that I've been eyeing for SO long that I just never purchased, I told her which one and she had told me that that exact coat was almost sold out and they cut the price because they were no longer going to sell it and a new design would be coming out! I immediately had her order it from this location to be shipped to me in Vegas!!! I would have never KNEW this unless she told me!I'm a HUGE fan of this brand and the quality of the products hold their value! You get what you pay for! I am complimented all the time I'm wearing anything from this brand. The designs and color always bring a pop to the eye. The chief Joseph design is my favorite and it's always aesthetically pleasing in every color. I will forever be a faithful customer of Pendleton and will always come back to this location when I visit my Mom. Outstanding customer service at this location, you'll feel right at home!”

“Went into the store the other day shopping for a new coat for my nephew who just recently moved to the PNW. I was very unfamiliar with all the different kinds of technology that North Face uses in their jackets. So i asked a young sigma named Jude who was very welcoming. He answered all my questions very thoroughly with a smile behind every sentence. He helped me come to a final choice. Gifted it to my nephew today for Christmas and he was absolutely excited! Couldn't have picked it out without Jude's help!!”

“Visited this store for the 50th time a couple of months ago. Selection was good as usual. I'm a fan of the brand so I know when to purchase and when not to purchase. If you're not sure, Susan the manager will guide you through the sales.The turnover of clothes is random, so you never know when new items will arrive. So stop in often and find a deal.”

“I usually don’t enjoy shopping in-store, but I had a wedding to attend, so I decided to try Calvin Klein. The experience was amazing! Marcus helped me find the right fit, advising against the slim fit and suggesting one that suited my body perfectly. He really knew the clothing and sizing well.
When I went to the dressing room, Michelle offered to grab some additional pants for me. Even though I wasn’t planning to buy more, she insisted they were such a good deal, and I ended up getting them!
They even helped me order another pair of pants online directly from the store. The service from Marcus and Michelle was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be returning!”

“Such good quality for a reasonable price! Mostly 100% cotton or ninety something percent, some viscose here and there.
MRP is quite high, not worth it, but discounts are generous. 30-70% off when I went. I snagged three pieces for less than $80.
Construction is a 9.5/10. Not every garment is perfect, I saw one piece with uncut thread hanging off, but most pieces are solid.
Customer service has always been amazing when I went.
Only bad thing is that their long sleeves and pants aren’t tall girl friendly.”

“It’s nice that there’s a Hugo Boss at least near Portland now, even if it’s just the outlet. It’s like a little taste of living in a big city again. People there have been very friendly, though they’re clearly not into the brand. At the last Hugo Boss I lived by, I was on a first name basis with several people there, they would bring me a beer when I got there, and we’d talk about the new stuff they had. Don’t expect that here, but they still have some nice clothes.”
“I had to share my experience with this store because it seems like it has gotten a bad rap. This afternoon (2/9/2022) I visited the woodburn location to do an online return for some merchandise that didn’t work out. I was immediately greeted by a friendly sales representative. The person was polite and professional and got me in and out super fast which I appreciated. I was coming from Salem so, I wanted to get back on the road before traffic picked up. The store itself had an nice layout and wasn’t super crowded. The sales representative was super nice my entire experience and the store appeared clean. The entire interaction went smoothly. And made my day more positive and productive. This location seemed to have some good merchandise just by glancing around. I could see myself shopping here in the future and, I recommend this location. As with anything during the pandemic it’s best to shop earlier in the day if you can. Bless it be.”
