He answered all my questions very thoroughly with a smile behind every sentence. He helped me come to a final choice. Gifted it to my nephew today for Christmas and he was absolutely excited! “Had a wonderful time at this store on my visit yesterday (7/16/2026)! They had a wonderful selection and such friendly and personable staff. I did a fill return for a prior purchase and then bought a red lounge set and jeans, which are excellent quality. Giving a big shout out to Tatyana, Stacey, and Espe from the store. They were all so attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful! Thank you again to Espe, the general manager, for helping me with my purchase. Out of all the stores at the outlets, this easily has the best staff hands down! Will definitely be back for sure!!! :)”
“Visited this store for the 50th time a couple of months ago. Selection was good as usual. I'm a fan of the brand so I know when to purchase and when not to purchase. If you're not sure, Susan the manager will guide you through the sales.The turnover of clothes is random, so you never know when new items will arrive. So stop in often and find a deal.”

“I usually don’t enjoy shopping in-store, but I had a wedding to attend, so I decided to try Calvin Klein. The experience was amazing! Marcus helped me find the right fit, advising against the slim fit and suggesting one that suited my body perfectly. He really knew the clothing and sizing well.
When I went to the dressing room, Michelle offered to grab some additional pants for me. Even though I wasn’t planning to buy more, she insisted they were such a good deal, and I ended up getting them!
They even helped me order another pair of pants online directly from the store. The service from Marcus and Michelle was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be returning!”

“I typically don't find outlet stores to offer the best deals, but we like the Under Armour store. We made a stop at Gap on the way back to our car and were impressed by how nice and organized it was inside. My husband decided to purchase some jeans, as they were 40% off. The Associate who rung us up was so friendly and it's nice to see that some of today's youth still want to work. ;-) When we arrived home, I discovered that the jeans (2 pair) had rung up $10 higher, before the discount, than what was reflected on the price tag. I called the store and a very helpful individual by the name of Josh (I think?) simply took the barcode number from my receipt and refunded the overcharge. He then took the time to explain what had happened to cause the error and let me know he refunded an additional 5% discount for the mishap! It's a known fact, that a negative experience which is turned around, actually impacts a customer more positively than a flawless initial experience. Kudos to the Store Manager for hiring and properly coaching your staff! We will definitely return.”

“The denim is extremely comfortable yet expensive. But the fitting rooms are open, which helps a lot. Overall expensive but amazing quality. We did have to wait in a long line to get in.”
“Went to the store last week and the staff were friendly. I bought several items because there were some great deals and the quality of Guess clothing is just better than the other stores. My only complaint, is they need to clean the fitting rooms more often. It was super dusty, hence 4 stars.”
“It’s nice that there’s a Hugo Boss at least near Portland now, even if it’s just the outlet. It’s like a little taste of living in a big city again. People there have been very friendly, though they’re clearly not into the brand. At the last Hugo Boss I lived by, I was on a first name basis with several people there, they would bring me a beer when I got there, and we’d talk about the new stuff they had. Don’t expect that here, but they still have some nice clothes.”
