As an added advice, you can get your storage unit online these days. Reserve the one you want online, and then come by to get yourself all set up.
The storage units are always cleaned whenever I rent one. The gate works great and I never had any issues except when I forget my passcode.
The roadways can reasonably fit two big trucks. I had no problems getting in and out even with a 20 ft U-Haul.
