“Bought a conex box and had them deliver it to our home. Simple box company was great. From the front deck to the delivery everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. We picked out a box and had it delivered within a few days. They worked with us the whole way. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a conex . Price was for delivery as no place to mark for actually buying the conex itself.”

“My experience at Public Storage on Hyacinth was nothing but positive. The units are well maintained and access in and out was always easy. Dee was awesome and always made sure that I knew the rules and worked with me whenever I did have any issues.
The only drawback using this storage facility was when I had a large sofa that I wanted to sell, I was not allowed to have anyone who wanted to see it or to buy and pick it up. I would’ve had to move the sofa myself from my unit to outside the gate and then someone could pick it up. IMO not practical or convenient. Otherwise, I would choose to store my things with them again. Thanks Dee!”

“You made it easy and stress free, thank you!!! I moved out of Public storage after only being there since the 3rd of October but I felt they used bait and switch didn't get the $1.00 move in I was promised and was as the police described it " theft by deception" when they signed me up for AutoPay without my knowledge and I knew I was not in a place that was honest or safe and secure after they charged me a $50.00 deposit and said they didn't. It was on the contract when I finally got the contract. You proved they didn't need to do all that. You WERE HONEST and disclosed EVERYTHING. THANK YOU!!! Keep up the good work!!!!”
“I don't get many opportunities these days for a positive review but I have to say the people particularly Shiloh(Manager) that runs this place runs a really tight ship and takes great care to make sure that the place is safe and operating properly. It's not often that somebody puts so much care into the job they do in the way that she does and I would definitely rent here again. 5 starts isn't even close. I highly recommend this place. Great pricing and service for sure. By far my best storage situation.”
“Nice place, very clean and organized, the access was easy, the storage is big, they have a control remote for some of the units that make easy access, big space to park and move around in case you are using a box truck, they have an excellent customer service, nice location.”

I’ve had my 10x20 unit for about two years. I’ve also had 4 other units from 5x5 to 10x30 here over the years. I first found them because they gave me the cheapest quote for a 10x10 with temperature control & lighting. I’ve been customer ever since. Primarily have been helped by Tina over the years, who is always a pleasure to work with! She’s great at her job, and so kind! More recently I’ve been dealing with Liz, and she was extremely helpful in getting a new unit started, and with closing 2 of my units in an efficient manner.
I am moving out of state, but I will recommend all of my salem friends to use you guys whenever they mention needing storage! Thank you so much! ????”

Cheaper and better for the car than driving all the way home and back in the middle of winter and I feel safer for her in a 24/7 secured location than parking in front of her house on the street. The hours of operation are very generous. 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. wow what a luxury. The inside units are climate-controlled and very well maintained. Audrey is everybody's sweetheart. What a lovely person. I rate this place five stars and highly recommend this facility.”
