    “Bob knows his stuff!! My family has bought boots from all kinds of stores, but we generally have to return them for not fitting properly. Bob was AMAZING! My son can be over picky, but Bob was so patient. And it was a busy day as many of us parents had our kids in the store to get geared up for ski team. His prices were the same as anywhere else (some he had priced better). But then over all customer service and knowledge-EXCELLENT! The 90 minute drive to his shop from my home was worth the drive! Thank you Bob! ?”

    “Patrick at Meadows HPC saved the day. My daughter had a problem with her boots that we've been trying to figure out for over a year now that caused pain to her feet. It was so bad we were thinking of calling it a day at lunch even with an active storm system dumping powder on the resort for days (that's pretty bad to call a day like that early) Patrick asked questions and had a look. He had it diagnosed in about 5 minutes. It was an insert problem. No attempt to sell us new boots. The price was the same as Amazon. No pain whatsoever after his fix. It saved the rest of our ski day.”
