“I first contacted Grumpy's on the 1st December 2023. I need parts for my two old 1979 Mercruiser 228 (Chev 305) V8 engines.They were terrifically helpful in advising me what parts I need and how to check the sizes etc. I then sent them a list on the 8th Dec of all the parts I needed, they create a list so we could ship everything together. I paid on the 11th Dec and they shipped. As I am in Australia I did not expect delivery until mid to end January. Surprise surprise turned up to today 24-12-23.What fantastic service. Have fallen in love with Grumpy's. Will have my boat back in the water in two weeks time instead of 8 to 10.”

“Dealing with a mechanic or auto shop can be a hassle- especially if you're not really mechanically inclined- however, my first time at Molalla Auto Works was an exception.They diagnosed my daughter's vehicle for us and repaired it quicker than we had anticipated- and unlike other shops in the area, they weren't booked out weeks in advance- although with their top notch service, they should be!I'll definitely be returning for any future repairs to any of our vehicles. “A shop with integrity! I was interested in purchasing a vehicle in the area and wanted a pre-purchase inspection. 1. Auto Max was willing to squeeze me into their busy schedule. 2. They supplied a very thorough report and gave me estimates of the needed repairs. 3. After I texted the owner and simply said "thank you for your time but this rig is not for me", he called Auto Max and asked for a copy of the report. They refused to sell it to him. They could've earned double their money off the same report but they didn't. Kudos to them! They just earned my respect and my future business.”

“Great people and experienced mechanics, can't say enough. We took our van in for a/c repair and mentioned there was something going on with the gauges. Their mechanic discovered the causes and made the repairs. Our van runs great now; but not only that they gave us a list of some things that we have enough experience to repair ourselves instead of trying to point out more work for the shop. And to top it all off they were able to save us a substantial amount of money. We've never had a mechanic we always go to but sure do now. I highly recommend the company to anyone needing automotive work done.”

“I backed into something and broke the tail light on my truck. They said to bring it by at 10 today and they'd replace the light and buff out a small scratch while I waited; said it should only take about 30 minutes. I handed them the keys at 10 sharp, it was done 22 minutes later. Tail light replaced, buffed out a small scratch in the paint and put a little touch up paint on to keep it from rusting. A repair place that does what they said, when they said, for the price quoted and does it quicker than they estimated... and did a perfect job. Unbelievable.”

“I will say that the service here was way above my expectations. I went in for new brake pads because I thought mine were done already do to a noise I was hearing but there technician Jose should there was just some debris on my pads they still had over 35% thankfully there price was super affordable I still went ahead and replaced them now my car makes no noise.”
“Friendly service. Veterans discount 5 percent. My muffler split in half at the welds, came with a cheap eBay muffler. Called Meineke got a flowmaster 40 series ordered, next day got it installed. Very good welding job, centered perfectly. And they've done a couple other things for me on my Honda Prelude.”

“I came in for brake pads and rotors, after calling ahead to set up an appointment and an over the phone estimate. They did a full evaluation and found a few other issues, put it in a digital estimate that was line by line. When I didn't understand what some of the things were they explained with metaphors or even showing me in person what the parts did and why they should be replaced. AND when I asked if they could replace only the brake pads and rotors they did without being pushy about adding anything on. On the estimate was an air filter change, they never brought it up in person to try and sell it or take it out and show me. Really honest feeling shop”
